Cheng Yee Tham
Movement Therapist
Cheng Yee has been in the fitness and health industry since 2011.
As a therapist assistant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH, Rehabilitation Centre), her work focused mainly on the elderly with a range of conditions ranging from stroke to spinal injury.
This sparked her interest and passion in clinical rehabilitation as she believes the human body is built to move regardless of any underlying physical limitations, injuries or medical conditions.
Cheng Yee is now a therapist, with a motto to “create and restore” functionality in human movement through rehabilitation and fitness.
In her spare time, Cheng Yee is mostly either working out or reading self-help books to improve her body and mind.
