Carol first discovered Pilates by chance on a holiday in the 1990s. She was intrigued by muscles aching in places she had never felt before. It was always on the back of her mind to pursue it further. It wasn’t till 2007, after the birth of her second child and retiring from the investment banking world that she found the time to practise pilates on a regular basis. It helped her to strengthen her core, fix lower back aches and diastasis recti.
She immersed herself into training to become a pilates instructor as she was always an active sports person and saw how it could help her in athletic conditioning as well.
Carol is certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2010. Her passion is to help clients gain body awareness, restore body balance and to try and relieve pain or tension. She attends continuous development seminars like pilates workshops and other related workshops on a regular basis and believes in learning from different disciplines to try and find the best solution for individual needs.
Carol leads an active lifestyle and is keen on tennis, yoga and pilates.
